Timetable Board

Hey All!
I started out making a timetable to improve scrim organisation and also any kind of meetings.

Unfortunately it's still not functional yet. After i developed the basics i had also much other stuff to do in the so obstrusive non virtual world...

Any help will be appreciated. If one of you writes scripts in php or js?

Features which the timetable shall have when it's finished:

• Users can set certain dates and time to show others when they have time.
  
• Users can set repeating times when they likely show up or not.
  
• Convert time automatically for each user to his timezone.
  
• Clan-Moderators can set a scrim date with alternatives. Members (of the 2 clans) can accept or decline these with 1 or 2 clicks.
  
• A privilege-system: existing clan leaders shall be asked if someone registers as a member of their clans
